Supplementary information
- Pero Mićić addresses existential questions: What is in store for you? How will you live? Where are you taking your employees? How do you make your company more future-proof? How do you make your future strategy effective?
- For Pero Mićić, future scenarios are initially just raw material. Only when you can use future knowledge in the here and now and turn it into early opportunities in future markets and solid future strategies do you really benefit from it. Future knowledge is only relevant if it offers a benefit in the present because you can make better decisions, make better assessments or do better things.
- Futures management is the bridge between futurology and corporate management. It helps decision-makers to use the raw material of futurology for future-intelligent strategies and decisions.
- Pero Mićić is the developer of the Eltville Model of Future Management. It makes the analysis and development of future strategies holistic, from the first weak signals on the market to the employee’s daily plan.
- Pero Mićić has given lectures on four continents, e.g. in Mexico, San Francisco, Houston, Minneapolis, Washington, London, Paris, Warsaw, Budapest, Prague, Rome, Athens, Istanbul, Moscow, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur etc.
- Pero Mićić studied economics in Germany, Future Studies and the USA and completed his doctorate in the UK with a dissertation on “Phenomenology of Future Management in Top Management Teams”. He already wrote his diploma thesis on “Early Recognition in Top Management”.
- Pero Mićić is the European pioneer of future management. In 1991, while still a student, Dr. Pero Mićić founded the first company for future management in Europe, today’s FutureManagementGroup AG.
- Pero Mićić is backed by a twenty-strong team with a very extensive database of scientifically researched future knowledge and many practical cases.
- Dr. Mićić’s clients include Ravensburger, BOSCH, Siemens, Deutsche Bank, DaimlerChrysler, MAN, Continental, Nestlé, Microsoft, Hilton, Swisscom, Roche, Lufthansa, Aventis, Dow Corning, Accor, Villeroy & Boch, AXA, BASF, BAYER, the BKA (Federal Criminal Police Office), several state chancelleries of prime ministers and many others. To the list of references as a speaker. To the list of references of FutureManagementGroup AG.

Technology checklist
Speaker’s place on the stage
- In principle, no lectern is necessary. The speaker moves freely around the stage.
- A table is required on the stage for the speaker’s computer (high table, low table or – then only for the PC – a lectern).
- If an in-depth discussion with the audience is planned, a flipchart or whiteboard with four different colored and preferably thick pens should be available. A flipchart is not necessary for a simple Q&A session.
Computers and connections
- The speaker presents from his own computer, a standard PC from DELL. The reason for this is that video files are embedded in the presentation via a link and cannot be run on another PC without a lot of effort. In addition, the speaker uses the speaker view, which allows a preview of the next slide (not just the one currently being shown). The speaker can also jump back and forth to respond to the audience individually.
- Possible connections for the projector are HDMI, Mini-Displayport, Thunderbolt, VGA
- An audio connection is not usually necessary. If agreed, then HDMI, Mini-Displayport or jack 3.5mm
- Socket for electricity
Presentation
- The speaker brings the presentation (backed up several times) to the lecture. He/she arrives at least one hour before his/her presentation to meet with the technicians and to set up.
- The presentation does not need to be tested beforehand. The speaker uses the latest PowerPoint from Office 365 in 16:9 format and uses technically flawless and tried-and-tested slides. This has worked without any problems for over 25 years.
- Sending the presentation in advance has no real advantage, but several disadvantages. The presentation must then be prepared in parallel with other activities, which inevitably lowers the quality. In addition, the speaker then has to prepare twice in order to be back on topic on the presentation date. The speaker can no longer react to special circumstances on site and to his impression of the audience, as a professional should do.
Projector (Beamer)
- Format: 16:9
- Resolution: 1920×1080 or higher
- Luminous intensity: at least 3,000 ANSI lumens
Projection surface (screen)
- The largest possible screen is crucial for the impact of the presentation.
- Rule of thumb for the size: participant furthest away from the screen in meters / 4 = minimum width of the screen in meters (example: 12 m / 4 = 3 m wide screen).
Microphone
- A current (small) headset or a clip-on microphone should be available from approx. 40 participants.
- Please do not use a hand-held microphone!
Photo, video or audio recordings
- Please make prior arrangements.
- As a rule, recordings can be made if the speaker receives a copy and the recordings are not published in large parts.
Notes on the organization
Notes on content preparation
- Dr. Mićić will discuss the objectives, content and circumstances of the presentation for your event with you in detail by telephone. Ms. Claudia Schramm will arrange the telephone appointment with you.
- If you provide Dr. Mićić with information about your business or the audience’s business (preferably as files or links), he can better relate to you and your audience.
- If you would like to give your guests further information in addition to the presentation slides or if you would like to give them a book by Dr. Mićić as a gift, we will be happy to make suggestions. Please send an e-mail to Claudia Schramm: CS@FutureManagementGroup.com.
Arrival and overnight stay
- Dr. Mićić arrives early and is at the venue at least one hour before his presentation.
If possible, Dr. Mićić will watch the previous presentations in order to avoid duplicating content and to incorporate up-to-date information into his presentation. - If it is necessary to arrive the day before, please book a hotel room, ideally within walking distance of the event location, also to avoid unnecessary cab costs. If this is not possible, the hotel should alternatively be close to the train station (if arriving by plane, close to the airport).
Before the performance
- Immediately after arriving at the venue, Dr. Mićić should be able to speak to the technicians responsible for the presentation and the microphone.
- If he is also taking part in the preceding program items of your event, he prefers to sit at the back of the auditorium as an observer rather than in the front row. A table with a power socket nearby is ideal.
During the performance
- You are welcome to make recordings in the form of photos, audio or video. In return, we only ask for a copy for your own use.
- If you want the audience to ask questions to the speaker, it is useful to ask someone to ask the first question immediately (without waiting). The question does not have to be agreed upon.
After the performance
- You will receive a PDF documentation of the presentation after the lecture, at the latest on the following day, for distribution to the participants.
