Community of Leaders
- We foster the future orientation of leaders and their teams in organisations of all kinds.
- Short-sighted thinking and acting is a central cause of most major problems facing humanity. It can only be overcome through emotionally compelling and rationally credible visions of the future.
- Leaders carry a particular responsibility for the future orientation of their teams and organisations — and thereby, collectively, for humanity.
Fostering Future Orientation
- Members of the LFN take part in events on future topics with experts from FMG and from other organisations — online and offline.
- Members connect with each other as like-minded peers.
- The LFN publishes joint statements by members on future questions, based on member surveys. In this way we can inspire and orient the public discourse on key future topics.
- Members of the LFN receive a free initial consultation by phone, video or e-mail with FMG experts on their future and strategy questions.
Inspiration and Shared Experience
- The LFN is an informal network without any obligations on the part of those involved.
- Members of the LFN are appointed by the FMG Board and invited to join.
- Members may terminate their membership at any time and with immediate effect by written declaration.
- The FMG may terminate membership if the member damages the reputation of the FMG or the LFN, or if the LFN is discontinued.
- The members of the LFN and the representatives of the FMG shall maintain complete and unlimited confidentiality regarding information they obtain from one another and about their activities.
